  1. Slice the bell pepper into strips. Salt and pepper the meat. Brown the pepper strips with the meat in the pot with some light olive oil.
  2. Keeping a ratio of half sauce - half broth, cover the pork tenderloin with liquid. Add the Italian Seasoning Mix. Bring to a light boil, lower heat to simmer, cover, and cook for about a half hour until pork reaches 145°F.
